First Impressions & Appearance
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better first impressions on a ZetaBoards forum than I had when I first visited yours. I’m blown away by your forum, to say the very least. The theme is amazing, the banner is perfection and the forum it’s self is fabulous. In all the forums I’ve reviewed, this is the first that’s ticked all the boxes for me.
However, there were a few things I noticed when I saw you forum. The first turn off for me are the ads at the bottom of the forum. You’ve done a good thing putting them in the bottom, but ads at all are a turn off for me. I also think the font where it says [Log In]/[Sign Up]/[Sign Out] in the header should be changed, maybe to matched the ‘Preferences’ Text.

Site Layout
You’ve got a good idea for your layout, you just haven’t executed it the best. It’s good to see the Info board, followed by Suggestions and Intros. but having a whole board for one contest is a bit extreme and unneeded in my opinion. If you wanted to give a contest its own board, I suggest either a Sub Board in Information, or creating a Contest Board and having it a Sub Board of that.
The rest of your index is pretty good. I really like the descriptions for the Role Play boards, and from what little I know about RPing, they’re also set out good to. The Off Topic is also good. You’ve kept them number of boards to a minimum which is great to see.

Statistics and Activity
This is your downfall. From what I can tell, the Admin account was registered on March 30th. That’s over 2 months ago. You have 2 760 Posts with 60 Members. Doing the math, you get: 42 Posts per day, 46 posts per member and .9 new members per day. None of these stats are very good at all. One thing I do like is that you’re trying to fix it. You posting competition looks great, and the prizes you’re offering are also great.
You’ve also got decent activity in your RP boards, compared to your Off Topic boards. Your members seem to join to RP, and not to post in OT. This is good, as it shows that you’ve grabbed your members attention.

Staff Moderation
You have 1 Administrator and 2 Moderators. For a forum your size I think this is a bit of over kill, as I would have thought 1 Admin and 1 Mod would have been enough. The good thing is that all of your staff get involved with Role Playing and interact with the community really well. It’s good to see that you’ve found a good team of staff.
Your staff seem to do their roles impeccably. I didn’t notice once thing out of place, one spammy post or anything that shouldn’t be there. You and your Mods are obviously doing a good job, so keep it up.

These were just a few things I noticed. I suggest doing a good through spell check of your forum. The level of professionalism in your forum is very high, so well done one that.
