Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
When a potential user visits your forum, you want them to have excellent first impressions. I honestly had great first impressions, but there is still a bit of room for improvement. I noticed a few things that could possibly be improved or implemented. First, it's good to see that your forum has a favicon. Far too many webmasters don't bother adding a favicon, they're important, so it's good that you have added one. Secondly, I really like your logo. It matches the theme and the feather matches the favicon. Thirdly, I really like the board icons. They look great and they also go along with the rest of the custom images and the theme color scheme. Fourthly, I'm a big fan of the category backgrounds. They look interesting, stylish, and the effects are sweet on them. Fifthly, I love your forum's ranks. They look very professional and match the theme perfectly. Sixthly, I love your forum's custom theme. It fits your forum's genre well and it's very stylish. It doesn't use the same blues, whites, etc. you see on 99% of themes. That's marvelous. Seventhly, I like your mood icons. That's a great mood icon set, but the white edgy bits are a bit tacky. I doubt you can do much about it though, besides maybe using the bucket tool of a graphics software and coloring the white edgy areas to the color of the background pixel by pixel. I'm sure that would take forever though, it's probably not worth it. Overall, I had great first impressions, but there were a couple things that I wasn't too sure about. Good luck making minor changes.

Site Layout
Your forum's layout is certainly well laid-out. It looks great honestly. Your forum has a total of ten boards in three categories. That is a great amount of boards and categories. It's also good to start your forum's layout simple, and as your forum grows, you can make the layout a little bit more complex by adding more boards and categories according to whether your forum can keep all the boards active. Right now, your members are certainly not struggling with keeping the ten boards active, so I feel an addition of a couple more boards would be beneficial. You truly have set your board and category layout very well. You should be proud of it. I don't really understand why you have the "Welcome to RoleplayFor.Me!" category though. It seems a bit unnecessary as the log in and register links are already pretty noticeable. It just seems to make the page longer in my books, but I have heard some administrators say that it is great with motivating, thus getting more users to register or log in when they normally wouldn't. Now, to the more technical parts of your layout. I feel you should have the log in and register links on the actual menu. I feel the "Roleplay For Me" link under them menu isn't really necessary. I think you should have the content under the menu in rounded tables with borders that aren't transparent. Overall, you have an excellent layout. Good luck with these changes.

Statistics and Activity
As of right now, your forum has accumulated 17,468 posts by 143 members. That's a ratio of about 122 posts a member. Your forum has some pretty nice statistics, and that is definitely a fantastic posts per member ratio. Now, these are awesome statistics, especially since your forum has only been open since April 2011. One thing that sticks out to me like a bruised thumb though is the actual amount of active users logged on today, only twelve sadly. What about the other 131 members? What has happened to them? A lot of them have actually made posts, so it's not like they're bots or anything, they just seem to have left the forum. I especially see a lot of members that have not logged on since the months of June, July, and August. You really need to work on getting these members back. Seriously, the amount of actual active users doesn't lie. Your forum may be gaining posts like the USA is adding money to the national debt totals (going up and up), but that doesn't hide that only a select few members appear to actually be active. You need to do what you can to get more members consistently active. Trust me, it could be the difference between your forum being one of those large forums with millions of posts or just being a small closed-community with around 50,000 posts. Also, you want all your boards to have new replies daily if possible. I see a couple of boards that have not had a reply since yesterday, but besides that, your forum is doing pretty good at spreading out the activity onto all the different boards.

Staff Moderation
According to the "Administration and Moderator List," your forum has a total of three staff members. Two of these staff members are administrators, and the other staff member is a simple moderator. Your staff team seems to be doing quite well moderating the forum. I don't see any spam or posts that just need to be moderated, so I can assume that your staff team is moderating the forum effectively. It appears to me that the staff team is getting things done, but I think a couple more moderators would be good to help lighten the heavy work load put upon the current three staff members and I feel they could make a pretty big impact on the forum. The possible contributions they could possibly make is endless. I rarely suggest for a forum to add more staff members, but your forum is pretty active and I don't think a couple more staff members would hurt. You just need to make sure you find the right person(s) for the job. Also, you want to be sure they will actually contribute to the forum, so it might be best to select someone who is already an active member on your forum for the position(s). Other than that, just keep doing what you're doing with staff moderation and things should be fine, but you need to remember to adapt your staff team to the changes in forum activity over time. I'm pretty sure roleplay forums require a lot of work with applications, etc, so just don't work your staff team to death. Good luck!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
All three of the staff members post around professionally. Honestly, you have done an excellent job with professionalism. I'm pretty sure your forum is the most professional roleplay forum I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot of roleplay forums, as they're quite common on ProBoards, which is the free forum host I have always adored personally. I see very few spelling and grammar mistakes as well. You seem to either just be an excellent writer or you have proofread your forum titles, descriptions, and important topics hundreds of times. I will point out the couple errors I noticed though. First, in the "Forum Broadcast" board description, you say "Roleplay For Me" (It's also like this directly under the logo). Consistency is a virtue, so I feel you should consistently address your forum officially with one thing. I think you should choose between "Roleplay For Me" and RoleplayFor.Me as the way you address it and then "RP4M" could be a friendly, more casual way to use as the title of the forum on unofficial topics and posts. Secondly, in the "Board Rules" topic under the "English" bullet, "warn" needs to be "warning." Lastly, in the "Board Rules" topic, I noticed you have used some unnecessary capitalization. I know part of the time it may be for emphasis, but I'm pretty sure part of the unnecessary capitalization is accidental. Overall, I love how professional your forum is. I pointed out a couple minor errors but that's it. You did a great job with this. I wish you the best of luck making improvements.
