Appearance & Theme
The first strength that I picked out for your website was the appearance/design of your RPG site. I found the theme very open, clean and very attractive. The banner itself has a nice medieval look to it and the banner has a nice looking font as well as color and it really looks RPG like and really grabs my attention. One thing I did notice was you are using a basic favicon image, why not try doing something closely related to your site like a custom favicon image that matches your site design a bit more. That way it makes the site a bit more creative. Your color scheme is very well crafted and uses a good portion of brown and really takes advantage of the dark look to the site. One thing though that you should really look into is the background and the main site color. The colors seem to mix and it makes it hard to distinguish which part of the site is the main body and which part is unused. Also, you have a lot of open space that you could add widgets to to help with organization & creativity to the site. So overall, your site design is very sleek and very nice to look at, just take some of my suggestions into consideration.
Statistics
Looking at the stats for your website, for a site that is over 14 days old and has a total of 65 members and a total of 1,582 messages but I do not know how many of these messages are topics and which are just messages to be honest. But with a site that is so young and a difficult niche to handle, these are some very impressive stats to be honest. I was very surprised to see how the stats were when I first took a look. You truly have done a great job getting your post count up that high and getting that many members in such a short period of time. Also with a total of 26 members online at the same time is a great achievement for a young site. So overall, your site stats are very impressive and there isn't much I can say about it other then keep up what you are doing and just stay positive!
Weaknesses:
User-Groups / Legend
Looking at the legend of your site and looking at the user groups, I noticed that you only had 3 user groups overall and I think that for an RPG site, that is pretty small. You should probably try and add some new ones that members can become apart of by request so that they can have colored names just by participating in the site. I mean, you could try a "Fantasy" group, "Futuristic" group and so on and so forth. That way, members can choose a group to be apart of. Overall, I think that the legend could be spiced up a bit more and you can probably add more groups to the site. So let us move onto the last weakness of your site.
Activity
I feel that the activity really seems to be lacking. it doesn't show who has been online recently so for all the visitors know the site could be dead for months without knowing. I would suggest adding the feature to show who was there in a specific amount of hours such as 24 or 48 hours. ForuMotion has that feature installed into the ACP so you can just turn it on and it will work for you. I think this would help bring in new members if they can see specifically that the site is still active and see how many members still visit because new members don't want to join if a site is dead, it doesn't do them any good. So I think that using that feature would really benefit you. I would also suggest promoting the site more to get the word out about your site to help raise its activity. Overall, you just need to focus on the activity a bit more and really do your best with that. So let us wrap up this review shall we!

Overall, RPG Lounge is a nice site with a good design and good statistics but the activity could really be worked on and you could also look into some new user groups to add. I hope you enjoyed the review!
