Description: Welcome to our nation! 'RPG Unlimited’ is a long-standing active community offering role-playing and other various interests in entertainment since 2005! We have active campaigns including the popular 'Night Spire' fantasy saga, giant robot future story 'Euromecha', original samurai themed tale 'Sengoku-den', and even an anime free-for-all story 'Anime Affray'!
Extra info:We opened August 1, 2005, and have been active since! We recently had reboot/relaunch this past month, deleting hundreds of old/inactive accounts and giving the forum a much needed upgrade. While the remaining member count is minuscule, we are taking things in a different direction and regrowing things from the ground up, one step at a time!
 
All it needs is ssl certificate, since 2005 thought your site have it by now lol

Made a lot of updates to the forum since the last update!

• Added two new boards: The Athenaeum | Literature & Article Storage and The Ethereal Union | Character Battlegrounds

• Redesigned the main page to reduce clutter and simply the board layouts.

• Properly renamed the forum as RPG Unlimited instead of The Ethereal Universe Unlimited.

• Fixed the Shoutbox to allow guests to post.

• Expanded the Shoutbox to allow direct commenting to member's posts.

• Fixed a bug that a white box would appear after members would make a post.

• Added numerous RPG Avatars for our role-play boards.

Update!

We added custom profile backgrounds for staff, and are currently tweaking some of the coding for our forum's search function. 🙂
 
Updated! Affiliates have been updated and restructured, and the next chapter of the Sengoku-den role-play starts November 1st!

  • Brand New Skin: Retro 80's! Celebrate the new year by going back in time to the classic era!
  • Threads & Posts: Reduced the amount of pages and threads displayed on pages to reduce loading.
  • Updated Staff Banners: I have reduced the size of staff banners in their signatures.
  • Ad-Free: Yes, this forum is ad-free for the whole month of January 2021, no need to use ad-block here!
  • Combating Spam: Disabled guest posting in Shout Box to combat spam.
  • Other Minor Fixes: Various smaller tweaks have been done all throughout the site.

It's our forum's anniversary! Here are a list of updates made to the site since your last visit!

• Ads Are Gone: A huge thanks to one of our long-time members for funding the removal of ads on our forum through September 30, 2021, you are awesome!

• Temporary Skin: A new Anniversary month skin is now live! This animated background and updated banner will be the only active skin for the month of August 2021 as I am tweaking and modernizing the other existing designs behind the scenes.

• Main Page Music: Yep, there is music on the main page now! Stick around each week to hear a new track throughout the month!

• Thread Banners: All main page boards alongside the role-plays now have image banners for consistency.

• Euromecha: Universe: Has been moved to the Role-Play Archives as the story has now permanently crossed into Night Spire.

• Removed Sengoku-Den Characters: Characters from the now defunct Sengoku-Den role-play has been removed from the character drop-down list within role-play response pages as they are taking up space and are not used anymore.

• Affiliate Updates: Affiliates have been swept clean, allowing for new sites to apply for partnership.

• Other Minor Fixes: Various smaller tweaks have been done all throughout the site.

Greetings! The month of October is here, and with it some more tweaks and fixes to the forum! Here's what's new:

• Ad-Free Continues: Our forum will continue to be ad-free through the month of October 2021!

• Main Page Music: Music on the main page will continue to be rotated throughout the month of October 2021!

• Sidebar Images: All sidebar image headers have been re-named and updated, and banners now match the thread images for consistency.

• Role-Plays: Added new rp avatars to the character pool, and fixed a few grammar errors from existing names from the list.

• Forum Skins: All forum skins have been updated to solely display the current animated forest background. Also fixed a text error where the words 'New' next to board threads wouldn't display correctly within the Unlimited Dreams skin.

• Affiliate Updates: Affiliate table has been reduced in size.

• Other Minor Fixes: Various smaller tweaks have been done all throughout the site.

Greetings everyone! I've been hard at work with our role-play moderators to implement massive updates to the forum's rpg boards. Here's what new!

New Role-Play Board Name Change: The Night Spire x Euromecha board has been changed to Unlimited Universe, the final name of this adventure, as it now encapsulates everyone role-play world our forum has created in the past!

Graphical Updates: The Role-Play Guild and Unlimited Universe boards have new banners and backgrounds!

Role-Play Character List Update: The Active Role-Play Characters list has been updated!

New Unlimited Worlds Guide: The old Night Spire and Euromecha guide threads have been merged into a new thread will full information on the story and worlds represented in this recent merger.

New Spooky Music: Music for the last two weeks of the month of October will be a bit more spooky than usual. You'll hear it in a few days!
