What do you think of auto post RSS feeds on a forum?
They can increase post count for the forum very quickly, thats what a lot of people use them for.

I wanted to get some RSS feeds for graphics tutorials section, what do you think?

They are ok aslong as the match your forum... Some forums have them post random news that has nothing to do with the forum which i don't like.

yeah, I am doing 2 Ps tutorials an hour through the RSS, I don't want loads of them flooding in, the post stats go uneven.

They're great if the real users reply but if they are ignored then they look useless.

i didnt even realise such a thing existed! I have an RSS feed on my portal page which gives the latest boxing news. It is a great way for the members to discuss the latest events. It would be even better to have this news auto posted!

But the downside as mentioned would be if no one posted on these and you just ended up with a lot of posts with no replies.

Yep, most RSS feeds look unorganised because there is to many threads.
