First Impressions & Appearance
When I visited your forum, my first impression was very good. I saw an active inviting forum. I like your blue and black theme. I noticed that the menu that takes you to different boards of the forum is red. The theme is blue and black, so this looks out of place. I see that you are having your 1 year anniversary contest going on. This could get new members and encourage members to post. I see that sponsors get 1.5 points instead of 1. This is a good way to get people to buy sponsor.You have 3 unique plugins as well, which is excellent. Keep up the good work.

Site Layout
Your forum has
37 boards. For most forums this would be too much, but your forum is active enough to keep them all active. There are a few changes you could make, though. All of your general discussion boards have over 100 topics in each, except for sports, which only has 33. I think you should change sports to a sub board under The Lobby. Under the Runescape category, all the boards are very active, except for Runescape Mini Games. I would change this to a sub board under Runscape General Discussion. Malware removal has less posts in it and should be a sub board under Computer Safety or Computer / Device Discussion. I think you could remove the Groups category completely and move the Recruitment section to Runescape. Other than these minor things, your layout is good for a forum of your size.

All of your staff appear to be posting around everyday with professionalism. Your staff appear to be doing a good job moderating and finding spammers / users that need to be banned.
