It is illegal to sell RuneScape accounts and items, he's correct. JaGeX retains ownership of all items and accounts in RuneScape. It's just like selling ownership of the harry potter series over to someone else just because you bought one of the books. You have no right to sell someone else's property. Why would you create a RuneScape fansite if you didn't even play the game? In any case, endorsing illegal activities isn't exactly the most legit thing to do. It's like if FP created a slavery forum where members could sell their friends into slavery.
