Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Well, first off, I really didn't care to much for the extra 2 clicks it took to get to the forum; but, that's just me. Another thing I really am not fond off, is the Recent Topics heading above the forum. They're really useless, and most members will already know the most recent topics, by viewing the index page, and seeing the topics at the end of each board listing. It just doesn't seem like it's a good idea to have, but if you use that; should be better off at the bottom of the forum.
Your forum looks very well designed, I'm liking the whole look, all around. The colors work really well to balance out the layout, and easy on the eyes. I feel the banner could use a little something extra. It look s great; but there's just so much empty space to the right side ... it might even work if you just moved the forum title's text over to the right, just to the side of the graphic.
Your board icons are a great addition, and compliment the theme, as well.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your top category seems ok, but you should have the site feedback section, directly beneath the forum news. And, I'm not really fond of General discussion in your top category; let alone Forum Games being a sub-forum ( the worst place to have forum games, is anywhere near the top). It just really seems out of place. You might want to consider changing the title for Tech Centre; and making that an off-topic category; where you can add the general discussion board, and even add all kinds of different discussion, such as media, and such ... which generate alot of discussions.
Other than those couple of issues, the rest of your forum's layout really looks good; especially your graphics section and Jagex Centre.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Well, your forum has done quite amazing, in the 2 months of it's lifespan. Your total member count is outstanding; as well as your forum's total post count. And it's great to see that post are spread out all across the forum, with your graphics sections being the most popular. Nicely done.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Seems, you're ok, in the staff departmemnt. But, i don't see a need for "Jr. Admin". And it might be wise to make your co-admin, a Super Mod, just my opinion.
Now, here's where something very crucial comes into play; and why i needed access to the new members board. It's not very pleasing , to skim through this section, and hardly seeing any of the staff welcoming new members. I mostly see regular members doing the welcoming. And not many welcome at that for each topic. It's very important, ALL staff understand that welcoming EVERY SINGLE new member is what makes most new members decide whether it's a good community, or not worth their time.
Other than that, which does need some work on; your staff does seem very active across the forum, which does look good for your team, for the most part.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Eevrything seems to be in check, and your descriptions are very well written, and good at letting members know exactly what they'll find in each board. Though, i would add a little something extra to the new members description; make is sound more welcoming. And Web Design doesn't have anything describing it. May want to add something, just so everyone has an idea, especially those, like me, not familiar with coding and such.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The look of the forum. Was very pleasing to look over again and again, as i looked all around the forum.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
It's got to be the "Recent Topics" menu placed at the top of the forum. I thought for a second it was the Forum's News Center. really just feels out of place up there, and really not needed.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I'm not big on the theme, and, was actually offended that there was no Wii section all to itself under gaming, but PC got one. ~cool~ It's not really my personal taste; but, seems you're having no trouble getting new members marching in; and getting activity. once they find it, and it's what they're looking for, I'm sure you'll find plenty new members that way.
