First Impressions - (Out of 20)
The first thing i notice is your banner and skin, although they look nice and professional, They also look bland. The whole of your site could to with some colour being injected into it, as your site wouldn't be very memorable to a guest/member, nothing is predominant at the moment and colour would change that. Maybe make a new set of "New posts" And "No new posts" images with more colour in would help, The second thing i notice is the "Recent Threads" Section, I'm not a big fan of these as they take up a lot of space on the homepage, maybe having them as a side bar, and having a recent posts section there too, therefore making your forums look thinner which would be a bonus as at the moment it looks a bit wide. Other than those 2 things everything seems in order and looks nice, so i'm going to give you 17/20 for this.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
As i mentioned above, the "new threads" section at the top of the forum should be moved or removed, its an eye sore in the current place its in. Another fault with your forum fault is the lack of a community feel, i think the general chat section should have its own section and maybe have more forums in it, then fill it with more threads as at the moment it looks quite empty. The problem with your board is there's a lot of forums but not a lot of posts/threads in each one, i would suggest merging wherever possible, to make your board look as active as possible, for example the jagex category could be made into a forum in another category, just merge all the forums together making that forum look more active, Either that or make a few subforums. I'm going to give you 14/20 as this, as theres only a few things i'd fix.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
I think your forum is doing brilliantly, its been open for just over a week and has gotten 64 members, that is a great number of members to get for a brand new forum, so let's hope this keeps up and you'll be on your way to 100 members within no time. You also have 1327 posts, which again, for a week is a brilliant thing to have. Keep on posting and make sure new members have things to reply too, and I'm sure you'll have a lot more posts soon. I'm going to give you 18/20 for this as I think its great.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I think your forum is a bit overstaffed for the amount of members and posts you have, 2 admins, 3 global mods and 1 mod is a bit too much in my opinion, i don't think you should hire any more for the time being.I've had a look around and they seem to be doing a good job. I'm going to give you 13/20 for this as i feel you have gone a bit overboard with the staff.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
I've had a look around the forum and everything seems very professionally written and spelling is good, The whole of your board looks very professional, I'm going to give you 20/20 for this, nothing to improve
