First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
-The first thing I noticed was the really nice theme. Dark themes are usually hard to pull off, but the contrast of the blue font blends nicely. A lot of problems with dark themes start with the lack of colors, but this theme has plenty. I like the banner. It looks a tad like it is backed into the top-left corner of the screen, but good all the same.
-At first glance the forum looks very active. All the major forums have been posted in today or a few days ago. Looking at the bottom I see lots of premium members. It is encouraging to see that many dedicated members coming to the forum on a given day. The top poster is also a premium member, not an admin. Good sign, as it means the staff are not just the only ones getting involved.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
-One small error I see is that at the bottom, the box marked "Latest Posts" goes way off screen. It overlaps and goes out of the theme, and looks very awkward. If possible take out two of the more trivial statistics boxes, "Top Thread Reputation" and "Top Forums". Move the "Latest Posts" box over so it fits in the theme.
-I can't find anything wrong with the organization of the forums, so I will just talk about what I liked. The announcements, new members, etc. all comes first. Then comes the main graphics sections. After that, competitions. After that, tutorials and more. Then comes teams, which I think is an interesting idea for a graphics forum. Lastly comes the VIP forum. I like that there are several forums for them to post in, making it worth the money.

[Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
-Average posts per member - 44
-Average posts per day - (estimate) 140
-These are great stats for a forum of this size. My description would be nothing short of "very active". Activity is one of the best things about this forum.
-Fifty-two members have been on the forum in the last two days. That is a good statistic as well, as it shows that it is a community discussion, not just a few posters.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
-I see two administrators on the site, plus the owner. It is good to see that the three admins do such a great job maintaining the forum. Everything looks well moderated at the moment. In the future I might suggest adding another admin as a sort of "backup" for the worst case scenarios, but given the current size and production of the current staff, this is not necessary until the forum gets larger.

It was not necessary to have two "please"s, and also the sentence was a bit of a run on.

Final Remarks: I know that reviews tend to shed light about the bad things in a forum, that is the point. There were a few small errors on your forum. However, the forum as a whole is excellent. It is the best I have reviewed so far. In the time it has taken me to review this, I have gotten an idea how long each and every one of the staff has put into this forum, spending generous amounts of time and money to make it awesome. You have done a great job so far. Keep it up!
