First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
The first thing I noticed is that, no, your forum is not in fact a medical forum.
😛 In reality, I was confused of what "RX" was supposed to mean, so I assumed that I was going on a medical forum. As far as the look, I like the clean feel of your forum. The skin reminds me of the default skin of this forum software called IceBB. I like the theme and thought the placement in posts of the Online/Offline indicator was different, so gave off a unique feel. One minor thing I noticed is your banned matches the design of the header, but not the color. If you wanted to change the color, maybe you could use a gradient to gradually go into the darker color, that would look better. I also liked the flag system in posts and with the stats at the bottom, it's always neat to figure out what country everyone is from. So overall, any problems I had with the skin were very minor and I was impressed with it overall.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I liked the layout of your fourm. You had an appropriate amount of forums, not too many not too little. You had only two categories, which simplified things. I'm not sure though about calling one of them, "The Other Forums" though. That sounds a bit strange. Could you call them like, "General Forums", or "General Discussion Forums". The Other Forums just sounds strange when it's the main part of the site. That's really the only problem I had though. Everything else I examined was fine.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your forum has been open a little over a year, and it has:
-About 18,000 posts.
-About 240 members.
-Around 5 members online at once on average from what I've seen.
This is good for a forum your age. Could it be better? Sure, but it's not bad. That's about on par with my site, except you have more members. I bet if you could convince a lot of those 240 members to post more, you'd be doing awesome. Most of your forums had recently posted posts in them and none of them seemeed to lack posts.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Well, let's start off with administrators. You have yourself and a co-admin, which is fine because a co-admin can always come in handy. You and your co-admin seemed active with lots of posts which is good. As far as moderators, 4 is a bit much, but not too much. Your staff seems to do a good job and so the only thing here is that I wouldn't suggest hiring any more moderators for a while.

Most of the errors I found were minor in your Spelling/Grammar (most of them grammar). The ones I noticed were:

As far as professionalism, I had no complaints. You staff is professional and your skin has a professional look, but the spelling could be improved.
