Safari Error while Installing?

I'm trying to install the Safari Web Browser right now, and I keep getting an error. The error is 2203, anyone know what it could be?

Hmm I searched online and couldn't find a solution. But, it seems that error occurs for multiple Apple softwares (iTunes, QuickTime). I did find the Support forums though not sure if I'm allowed to post here. PM me for the link or search on Google. Then, possible create a thread for help.

Are you running a 64-bit OS? Also are you using Vista or Windows 7?

If yes try right clicking the installer and click the run as administrator button.

Then post the results here.

It still gives me the 2203 error.
