First Impressions - (Out of 20)
When visiting your website for the first time "Like others" their was a portal/homepage, Which does NOT give a lot of helpful information as it does stuff like a shoutbox. I think that you should really look into making more helpful information on the main website, Because this is what everyone goes to first. And some people look at this and decide whether they are going to stay or not. But other than that my first impression was very nice.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The shoutbox on the main portal is very nice because it is at the top! And viewable to all. I left some couple messages and thought that it was a cool little feature to have on your main part of the website. One thing that I found annoying is the the logo as it doesn't really make sense for the kind of forum you are running, Also I noticed that the style itself is plain and over used. On many communities so I STRONGLY suggest looking into finding a better looking style that could suit your website a bit more. And be a bit more attracting.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
72 registered users are not really a lot considering the amount of subjects you offer for your members to talk about. I really suggest finding contests and such to hold or maybe advertise in the right places were people a like you will join and be active, As much as you want them to be. Good luck on this part though.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
The moderation seems fairly well. It was hard to really do this because there was a ton of areas to check, And some sections are just for fun but as much as I could see it seems you are doing very nice with this part of the website. And should continue to do an amazing job!

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
The grammar and spelling was very nice, And used properly I enjoyed doing this because I could understand everything that was posted/listed on the website and could easily find something if I was to look for something. Very nice job ~razz~

The style/ the logo it just seems kinda plain and simple and over used, Other than that it seems like a nice place to be.
