it seems you have a very active community, - of staff members that is. my point is, your forum looks quite over-staffed, which is a disadvantage for guests and other registered users, as they will be afraid to post much.

Secondly, you could do with a new logo, needless to say - the white edging to the current logo looks absolutely shocking, and makes your forum look less professional.
