Likely. Is there a way that a server could be down for a certain area yet allow everyone else to use the site?

I mean, could it be possible that FP server could be down for Illinois or something but not the rest of the world?

It's really upsetting me that it seems that everyone can view my forum EXCEPT me.

Hopefully it'll be back by tomorrow.

If it's not back within a week, I may just get a new host or something.

That would be a terrible blow, considering the 100's of hours I've spent making styles.

I have about 200 styles to choose from. I can combine them but can't make any of my own.

And, since I can't get to messageforums.net, I can't put in a request to add a new template or something that would let me do that either.

Also, I got a worse rating than last time.

Yes, the art was done in about an hour or two for the logo. However, I had planned to upgrade it but forgot about it.

I wish I knew how to work GIFs.

I don't know how to cut out an image and make it a GIF.

I could maybe use Java to animate it.

How long could a server stay down?

As long as it takes to fix it 😉
The style you have now is perfect and should be the ONLY style your users use. Why waste your time on 100's of styles anyways. I mean, do you see me spending 1000's of dollars on multiple custom themes? No. You should have one good theme, like the one you have now, and stick to it unless something better comes along 😉

However, the style thing is also what's running those words together at the top.

Also, Tindris said that the forum labels weren't big enough or something.

The logo probably isn't.

I've gotten it bigger in other styles but this is the best style I've found so far and alas, I've got a small word logo.

No. Entire forum should be one style 😉
The reason the text at the top is running together is due to the fact that they're supposed to be images, but they aren't loading 😉

Move to Proboards.com . There are alot of newbies just like you. And you can get a community pretty easily. Then slowly improve lol.

I've spent 100s of hours on the messageforums.net one already.

Also, it has my log there.

Anyway, it says I'll get ads, something many users don't like and that messageforums.net doesn't have. Are these ads pesky and popup like crazy or just plain regular ads that just might show up in the headers and stuff? If it's the former category, I don't think I want to deal with that.

Pesky and popup like crazy- like some ads that appear when you view YouTube videos. That move and follow your mouse and basically force you to click on them.<br /><br />-- 07 Jul 2011, 15:56 --<br /><br />How's this?
