Uptime and Reliability: 7 - The uptime and reliability is quite good. I did experience some network issues which caused some downtime but it was fixed very quickly and I am generally happy with their uptime. Their speed is also quite good.
Technical Support: 9 -The technical support is very good and they normally reply to support tickets within 10 minutes on average. When you need something installed on the server, they will get it done quickly. There are times where they needed to escalate the ticket to a senior administrator which took about a day to be done but generally, there is always someone there to help you and keep up informed so i am quite happy with it. All urgent matters are solved quickly so I don't have an issue with the escalation since it is normally stuff that is not urgent.
Customer Support: 9 - Their customer support is also very good and I am very happy with it
Pros: They have good uptime and the technical and customer support is very good. They also offer 24/7 monitoring service which means they will know if there is an issue with the server and get to it while you are offline. I really like this feature because not many hosts offer this. There was one time when my server ran out of memory and they fixed it for me and informed me afterwards while I was sleeping at night.
Cons: The downtime due to lack of memory caused 28 minutes of downtime. Maybe they can fix it a bit faster? Also, their SSD servers can be a bit pricey. I have seen cheaper deals at other hosts that offer the same specs.
Final Comments: Overall, I really like the host and will stay with them for longer.
