Scary Movies

What are some of your favorite, or perhaps least favorite scary movies? Why do you like/dislike them specifically?

Any recent ones you would suggest to another member?

The Exorcist
The Conjuring series
Insidious series
The Ring

The most recent ones I watched were the Conjuring 1 and 2, as well as the boy.

The boy wasn't bad, I really wanted to watch it because of the actress in it is from Walking Dead. However it's not so much scary, than it is 'odd'.

The conjuring series were interesting and I enjoyed them generally! 🙂

I'd rather not watch a scary movie. I tend to get a little paranoid after watching them, so for my safety and the safety of those around me, it's best to not go there :lol:

I love horror. My current top picks would be: Lucy, Apartment 1303 (3D Version especially), It Follows, The Cabin In The Woods, and Annabelle.

The Purge: Election Year isn't out yet (first week of July believe) but based on the last two movies it should be really good. That's one of my favorite horror series probably because of the plot.

I've seen the boy, it was terrible IMO, I saw The Conjuring 1 and 2 (saw the second one Wednesday) I LOVED those.

The exorcism of Molly Hartley was good. I can't really think of any others that I really thought were good, though.

I watched a marathon of movie from the Halloween series over the Halloween holiday. I think those movies were awesome as far as their scary-ness. I also liked the Paranormal Activity movies.
