School Block Sites?

Does you school block any sites? My does, only like pornography or illegal content sites. But like Myspace, Youtube, Facebook, FP, etc those sites aren't blocked. My teachers don't care except for the old lady (Alegbra ll), she thinks technology is the devil lol!

Thats what all old lady teachers think... 😀 Yeh most of the sites online are blocked and the ones that arent you need permission to go on them which the teacher can only do to let you acess to site or else your blocked...

We have sites like youtube blocked and MSN , Not to sure about Facebook etc though. They even block the newspaper sites!

My school block almost every site now because they are useing a new better" filter. Before filter i could get into FP & games sites but now the only "fun" site I can go to is http://www.primarygames.com/.

My school blocks sites like MySpace. Facebook was just blocked last week. Youtube isn't blocked, but there are a million proxies and other sites blocked.

The school blocked, or tries to block all log-in sites.

You guys might not believe this! But my school doesnt block sites, but they said not to go to any social or forum sites, like MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, ForumPromotion. But I do it anyway. :lol: I come to ForumPromotion during my breaks to see whats going on.

I just use one of those proxy sites to go to block sites, but most sites I go to are not block except for gaming, sports, and adult entertainment sites.

There is an uber fast proxy which is provided by the same host who give the school internet. It's really fast and it's easy to get on even for noobs as such. 😛

My school has blocked nearly every website, especially YouTube and Mediagecko, with the latter being a Flash game site that some of my friends went on during the interval breaks.

My school use ''Blue Coat Content Control'' which blocks my own site under ''Online Games'' and FP under ''Hacking''.

Lol. Except by using hidemyass.com... bye bye stupid content control.
