I'm from Scotland and love my country with all my heart. I wouldn't want to be from anywhere else.

I like hearing other peoples opinions on my country though. I want to know what you genuinely think of us. Do you believe that we are all really friendly,go about wearing kilts and are like Groundskeeper Willie (off the Simpsons).

I have only been to Scotland a few times and it was a nice place. My surname is a Scottish surname and I have had some family from there. Also a lot of my biggest heroes/idols are from Scotland like Duncan Ferguson, David Moyes and Graeme Sharpe.

I don't believe all Scottish people wear kilts etc etc I think every country/place have a stereotypical view.

I'm am american, and i'm not fat (underweight actually) so I dismiss such stories. I have only known one other person from Scotland, he was pretty nice (helpped me in a video game).

Never been there, but then again i've never been out of country at all -n-

I've been a few times actually, and really enjoyed it.

The most recent time was Edinburgh about 3 years ago as part of a team-building exercise with the company I work for. We did all the usual stuff...went to the castle...went around on an open top bus and watched the bagpipers ~lol~

Going to be honest, the scenery is really lovely...the women are beautiful and the accent is to die for.
