First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First time I click into the forum, I'm really impressed! I absolutely love the forum skin, and I really think it draws a guests right in.

Looking at ease of registration, it seems to take only seconds to register, which is also a real plus!

You also have a great idea, with that banner there for partners to click on. Excellent! Very professional.

I commend you on having your own domain name and software. MyBB is really one of the best free forum software out there.

Really, there's nothing with the appearance for me to bug you about. If I were a guest, I'd register right away. The site really just draws you right in and the theme is just excellent. No obstructive advertisements about how to lose belly fat in 3 days by not eating anything ( lol ), etc. Really, great job with the appearance.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

First, I see a problem in the screeze info center.

You don't need an entire board for staff bios. I have the same type of thing on my board, but I keep it as a sub forum of my introductions board, and I call it " About Us ".

You're welcome to try that idea, or you could also make the staff bios a sub forum of the News and Announcements board, which will also look good.
Really, you just have to get rid of that extra board so it stops taking up room. I really like the idea of a staff bio area, it helps members know who the staff are better. I also even suggest you let members ask the staff questions, it really helps members get comfortable with the forum staff.

As I scroll down, I notice you have the forum games category before regular discussion area. I think you have enough forum games boards to warrant an entire category, but I feel you should move forum games below your discussion category.

Also, I don't think you have a need for that entire category, just for videos. You can work both of those boards into the general chat category, iScreeze.
So, something like this:

Category: Screeze Info Center
--Boards
Category: iScreeze
--Boards
Category: Forum Games

The advertisement is also in a perfect spot, where it belongs, right smack dab at the bottom 🙂

The layout, in all, is pretty good, but there's an excess of categories.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded in late March, so that's roughly 5-6 months ago. You have only about 3,000~ posts and 55~ members, which isn't too good, I hate to admit. That's barely 500 posts per month, which is rather poor. You should really step up your advertising, and take part in more exchanges. Your board is really good and has a lot of potential, you'd get members to register, trust me.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see two administrators, one super moderator, and two moderators. That's 5 staff members on a board with only 55~ members! Way too many! You should only have 3 staff, TOPS on a board with as much members and post as yours.

Looking at your staff activity, I see that both Admins are pretty active, as is the Super Moderator.

Then, I see one moderator, FROPLUME, who hasn't logged in since May, and has only 14 posts. I have absolutely no idea why he's still on your staff team, but if he hasn't logged in since May, it's time to get rid of him.

Then, you have another staff member, JohnnyandKlaudio, who hasn't logged in since June 29th, and has only 5 posts. He also needs to go.

I also see a mod, suenos, with only 48 posts and hasn't logged in for about 3 days now. This isn't as bad. This guy is the only moderator who should still be on the team, but he still isn't active enough to be honest.

Your entire moderator team needs to be kicked into gear. Get rid of those 2 inactive guys, and tell this suenos fellow to get more active and get posting. If your mod isn't logging in at least 2-3 times a day, it's time to get rid of him.

It just seems like you let anyone on your staff team, just because they register, I mean someone with 5 posts on staff? That's not right.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
No issues at all here. Spelling is in great standing and you are very professional all around the board.

Final Remarks:
I have to say, I'm very impressed with the appearance, and the layout problems are very minor. I was extremely disappointed to see the staff, 3 inactive moderators, one with only 5 posts, is absolutely unacceptable. You need to really have higher standards when hiring staff. Get rid of those 2 inactive guys, and you'll be fine. You won't need another moderator until you've got at least 5,000 posts or so and 100 members.

I wish you luck with your site, you gotta get promoting more and do a lot more exchanges.

What was most liked about the website/forums:
The appearance, hands down. Such a great appearance.

What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The staff issues.

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I don't join any forums anymore really, but you'd be able to draw guests in more if you fix those tiny layout issues and fix up your staff team.
