Appearance and Style - (Out of 20)
The overall appeal of your forum is quite appealing. It’s got a nice contrast of colours and all the elements work well together. The downside is that it’s also slightly boring – especially the header. Your banner is really basic and is hard to read on the light background (specifically at the top of the text). The Menu/Navigation Buttons are also just plain text. Maybe put them on some sort of a background.
Your index page is
very long. It’s good to see that your trying to show a lot on your index page, but there’s a line between a good amount and too much – a line which you’ve crossed. Maybe keep the latest 1 or 2 articles on the index page and have links to the others. The footer is also really boring, like the header. Try sprucing it up a bit, maybe add in some of the blue you used in the header.

Blog Layout and Categorization - (Out of 20)
You have 5 Categories, 3 of which are genre specific, an other and a Site News. This is all you really need, however for the genre of your blog I think Other is to broad. Maybe add some more like: PHP Scripts, CSS and HTML etc. When your site grows, you can even think about adding some like: Image Hosting Scripts, Mailing List Scripts etc.
The layout of your blog is good, but as I mentioned above the index page is really long. I also like the way you have the 3 main categories and other listed on the index page with an article. That’s a really good idea, but I think it could be placed somewhere different as it extends the index and takes away from the latest blog post that you display underneath.

Commenting Activity and Other Interactions - (Out of 20)
From what I can see, you’ve got about 7 blog comments in 11 posts. Keeping in mind that your site has only been open for a few days that’s not bad. What does worry me though is the fact that the majority of your comments come from a few select articles. The bulk of your articles don’t have any comments.
That leads me to think that your post are either not interesting to your readers, or you’re not getting many visitors to your blog. I suggest trying out the Blog Commenting Packages and doing some exchanges to get both of these up.

Quality and Frequency of Posts - (Out of 20)
Having 11 Posts in 14 days of your blog being open is great! It’s great that your posting unique every other day! Now that your blog is on its way to becoming established you can start to slow down your frequency of posts. I’ve always thought a good rule of thumb is to post daily for your first week, twice daily for the second and bring it down to 2 or 3 new posts a week. Follow that I’m sure your blog will be established in no time!
As for quality, what more can I say than Wow! You’re targeting a niche that is yet to be filled in the blog industry, and you’re taking it with a storm! Your posts are of very high quality. The in depth tutorials, and pictures are all fantastic and it contributes to a blog with high quality articles. That’s something you should be proud of.

Spelling/Grammar - (Out of 20)
I noticed a few spelling mistakes on the main index page:
- In Categories, change ‘other’ to ‘
Other’.
In the title of your blog entries, for example:
- ‘WordPress manual installation procedure’ to ‘WordPress Manual Installation Procedure’. That’s also not very grammar friendly, so something more like: ‘How to do a Manual WordPress Installation’ or ‘Step by Step Guide to a Manual WordPress Installation’ are a lot better.
You lack general capitalization all over your blog. Also, I suggest doing a good and through spell check on all your content before you post it, as I’ve noticed a few mistakes.
