It won't be worth alot at the moment, however it does have the potential to build up and be worth a lot more if a steady user base is established, some nice traffic and to be honest a little bit better of a design - grey on grey for me doesn't do it.

BTW, It has a blog with an Unique idea and about 20 tutorials all unique, and has a Forum over 2500 posts. We rank in top 5 positions for most of the tutorials we write.
Sorry to say, but $5 - $10 is TOO low.

Anyone can make a tutorial with the right time and resources.

5-10$ is low, but this is what people think it's worth. (who cares if it's too low, it's their opinion)

Its not unique and its not thriving? It got into top 5 position in search result within a month, and it got more than 2000 posts in a month. How is it not thriving?

A google search gets a HUGE amount of traffic. How do you think sites get HUGE?
It's not unique or thriving. My forum personally made 5000 posts in a month.
It's also not thriving because more than half of the forum posts are by the admins (you and assignment)

Just because your Forum made 5000 posts in a month, it won't become a mark for a successful Forum. There are several Forums which made 1000 posts in first day itself. Considering that, your 5000 posts will end up as a non successful Forum. For a new Forum, admins should be active, then who else do you expect to have more posts, than admins in a new Forum?
So, you say MyBB is worthless? There are tones of highly successful Forum running on it. Everyone have their Software of choice. You dislike MyBB. i love it. You like phpBB, but i hate it. Forum software won't get you anywhere, only what you do, counts on improvement of the Forum.

I was active and still am. Admins shouldn't do all the work unless it's for advertising. Posting 1000's of times will not make you a community.
It looks like you and assignment chatting back and forth. Members on my forums usually get more posts than me without being admins, I have real active members who love to post.
I didn't value it at worthless and neither did he.
We valued your site at that much.
Your mybb overall theme and stats make it fail.
Stop assuming things and being so negative about people's thoughts.
You asked us to value your site, we did with our own opinions and thoughts.

I know people have their rights to say opinions. But all i said is your judgement is incorrect.
The domain can even be sold for $5. Do you think all other parts of the site, doesn't worth? Just to let you know, i have people wishing to buy my site for $50+. But just as said in OP, i'm not going to sell this site.

I don't say my site is "so" unique. But its unique because no site exist as far as i see in search results with the exact idea of my site. What's more you want to consider a Forum unique?
A mark can't be set by anyone to anything unless its owned by him. That's how world goes.
Congrats. But seeing you mentioned you made 5000 posts in first month, while you made 1000 posts in first day, i believe your site don't have a steady growth.
Just because i'm admin, should i sit back and relax? An admin have to post a lot for any new forum. Else there won't be any new discussions. Who will be interested in a forum where admins don't post much?
