Appearance (First Impressions):
Upon visiting your website for the first time, I see your very dedicated to the whole appearance on this website. And seem to put great effort into making this seem like the place to be for all scrubs fans. Great Job!

The Layout on your website is very unique and very nicely put. I also noticed that you have a nice poll going, Which is always a nice thing to have for any community. I also like how you have nicely made all your mods available to show in a nicely manner very nice job!

I think your doing a very nice job upon finding those users, I also think you could have some more active ones which would help you out in the long run. I also think that not many people visit that website, And you should look into finding like I said before "Active" members. So it doesn't look like just one staff/member posting all the time.

I think for the amount of members you have going for the site right now, You are doing good with the number of posts, However you should think about looking into our packages to bring more posts to your website, I also have notice that most of the topics/posts are from either one staff/member and guests look into a website that doesn't just have the same people posting over and over again. They look for that community that has tons of people on and posting at least every day.

Moderation:
The Moderation on your website is decent. It's not the best nor the worst it's in the middle, I would suggest maybe making less sections and adding more interesting content to the forums to suit everything up. And want those guests to join. Activity:
The activity is not good at all, I am sorry but as I was writing this review (I know it may be late) But still there should be at least one staff members, Or even more guests online looking at the website, So I think you should also go around trying to find those active users/guests and attract everyone. Maybe add a catchy banner about a new section ect.. Overall try and find better activity.

The spelling and grammar seem to be nice and good, However I did find some really important subjects not spelled right or correctly worded. I would have your staff double check and make sure that they are using good spelling and grammar. Overall nice job!
