Pros:
I'm glad you're using anchored text. In my opinion, it's unprofessional to just throw full URLs out.
The
About SearchExtreme is right down to the point, and tells me what the site is about.
The coding is really good. I'm not finding many mistakes development wise.
While I personally like the color of the website, I do think it's a bit bright. Maybe make it a bit darker.
Cons:
On the homepage, I see the slider with the image of the sunset (or sunrise) and the bird. I clicked the slider, but I don't see any difference. If they are all the same slides, why not remove the slid affect all together until you have something to put there?
Sort of the same as the top, under
Latest Products, it's the same thing. I'd remove the slid affect until you come up with more items to put there.
I don't like there's a forum link, but the forum isn't made. The forum could help you allot as far as getting a community going.
On the bottom of the contact page you have

I would add a line break, so it would be

Because otherwise, it looks like one big long sentence.
Final/General Thoughts: It's ok for a new site, but there's allot of work to be done.
What was most liked about the website/forums: It was right down to the point of what their intentions were.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: The sliders with only one slide.
