Seaside memories

I have started this Forum after i went to Scarborough and seen how the north bay has change so much, the Marvels Amusement Park has closed 😱
i remember as a child how i looked over the hill to see a big amusement Park so i thought i would take my children there, when i got there, i could not find it or no signs, my wife was joking that i must of dreamt it. so i set out to find it, thats when i saw the old Chairlifts
so i followed it and thats when i saw it had all gone :'(
so it made me think if any body have there own seaside Memories
also if your going to any seasides and want to now whats it like someone can tell you, or if you have any old or new photos you would like to shair
