Tonio is my great uncle in-law. He was a chain smoker but now he smokes just 10 sticks of cigarettes a day. He eats almost anything, drinks anything although he quit drinking beer 10 years ago because it made him sleepy. He walks by himself and does everything by himself. That’s why no one could guess how old he is. Last June 13, he celebrated his 104th birthday. Now, what is the secret of his longevity? Everything in him runs against the healthy rules, right? So that means there is really no secret to longevity.
 
Everything is based on an average. In that case, some will survive.
 
It all depends on family genes. Working out will help you live longer as well. Keep up those workouts! Especially cardio workouts.
