NO ONE, knows what really happened except us four and all they want to believe is the Jewish because they had more people. All we were doing is walking with one of Kyle's friends who was holding a camera up asking them questions. I really don't understand why KYLE is taking all those charges when Joseph, the unidentified 15 year old suspect, was the one who was screaming out all the remarks. It's unfair. No one hears our side of the story and the only ones to defend us are the lawyers, but even THEY don't know the story. I lost out on 4 days of my daughters life because people failed to ask us anything. When I say "I didn't do anything" I TRULY MEAN i didn't do a thing. Now Kyles stuck in jail for having stupid friends.

What is hate crime?

It's insulting (or any sort of harassment) someone for who they are (ie. race, sex, sexual orientation 😉, etc.)

To be honest the justice system in every country needs fine tuning to be honest, people serve long sentences for things they don't do and other people face sentences too short for the crimes they commit.
