Hello everyone we have got alot of people not being able to get on CF, this is bad. And we are searching for a paid host of $6 4€ a month. Do you know any good, fast host ?

Who has of course all the features like backup, etc ...

Hmm something like this:

Monthly Bandwidth Transfer: 10240 MB
Disk Space Usage 6144 MB

And above 15 for:

SQL Databases
Subdomains
Ftp Accounts
Email Accounts
Mailing Lists
Parked Domains

Also Softaclous or something in that kind that offers you alot to install with auto installer.

I can do you 6GB Space + 10GB transfer with unlimited everything else + cPanel/Fantastico for $10? :/

Hawkhost.com, just check their basic plan out and you'll sign up without even checking this topic for other suggestions. They host FP.

hostgator are meant to be the best arn't they, not sure on their packages though, but worth checking them out.

Hey, I have a friend who runs a hosting company.. it is unlimited everything and he does daily backups of all sites hosted with him to a back up drive and he takes that one home with him as well as a second back up that stays at the office. PM me if your insterested

Best paid hosts are NovaHost, FrogHost, Hawkhost by what I've heard and seen. 😉

My forum uses IGX Host. They are very good in their customer service, even if you have a problem at 3 am you can open up a live chat and they'll be right on it looking into your server if you need help.

Don't use Pluto hosting nor do you use HostGator, I strongly suggest using HawkHost or FrogHost

Raymond, why shouldn't he use HostGator or Pluto Hosting?

Yes Raymond, please can you provide me with some feedback as to why you shouldn't use Pluto Hosting?

I know why you shouldn't use HostGator though

I wouldn't use Hostgator. My friend owns a dedicated server with them and gave me WHM access. We can't make resellers out of it, we don't get root (unrestricted everything), and mod_security is on, thus screwing over a lot of forum software. To turn it off, you have to go to support, and it's too much of a hassle.

Personally, I have a very good experience with HostGator. I use their shared hosting plan for a year already. There are few tens of sites I host with them, even forums. All are up and running fast. Also I have used their support few times to ask questions, every time they were helpful and very quick to respond.
