Seeking modification for VB version 3.8.5

There is a mod that makes the first post of a topic appear on page 2,3,4,6 etc ech page thus.
What is the name and link to this certain mod ?

Second, is there a mod that allows on a VB forum to save "Post A New Topic" be saved-loaded as draft ?

Like on MyBB and myBB, + so many others ...

I mean 3.8.5, sorry for teh confusion I am not good at this. I down own a VB liscence but am about to suggest something and I of course need to know if what I suggest can work on that VB forum wich has the version I showed in the topic title.
