It's a great forum, though an active admin is necessary to increase the amount of members.

Latest posts were in March 13 in most forums or older. It's april now. From the Alexa bar I infer the traffic is dismal or something happened, since it tracks almost nothing. My 2 months old forum has way better stats.
From what I see it's a dead community with no one posting anything. The post count is something you can do in 3-4 months the most with a new forum. For 3 years time, the post count is VERY small.
You'd need to provide some Analytics or at least server stats (Awstats) to interested buyers, but I'd say you're lucky to even get 100 bucks for this site. Your friend should reconsider.
The new owner would get a dead forum with some database. It's not known how many members will re-join and the script is also not worth anything, since it's a free one.
I don't want to ruin your thread or anger you, but your admin needs to reconsider his prices. I wouldn't pay more than 30$ for this forum and that's if I wanted the hassle of a dead community on a script I don't use (and would have to migrate from), no traffic (or maybe 20-50/day, I think that's your current traffic) etc.
Anyway. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. Let's hope you'll have a buyer who's willing to pay full price.
