@ Mr.Alpha- You can do a lot for $25 if you think about it. It's $0.01 per click, so you can get a lot of clicks to your site with $25.

THe cards that come in the mail, aren't all just new accounts only. I recently got a $75 adwords card in the mail, after I reactivated my adwords account after a half a year.
