Actually, it takes 2 minutes to register. It takes 15 minutes to change the password on threee root admin accounts.

No I am not. I test as soon I become a admin. The test was me trying to edit your account and it told me I can't but I could edit other member's info.
 
That's becuase you can't edit another admins details even if you are an admin, even a root admin.

But everything is available.
