I started a forum but soon enough I lost interest in it. It's no longer active, but somebody has offered to buy it from me. I have never sold a forum before, and don't know how much it is worth:

The posts range from June 26 to August 23, so while they are not new they aren't exactly old either. Most posts are also very thoughtful discussions, I as I made an expectation of quality posts.
So how much should I sell it for? Is it in a per post/per member basis? Should I do it based on visitor stats?
It's also coming with a custom skin, so that's important.
