I'm not quite sure what's custom. This could all be achieved by HTML. It's basically a page with images on it.

Yes it would matter. Someone might be looking for $50+, but be prepared to accept less than $50 if that's all they can get. Others will look for $50 and not sell the site unless they can get that.
