Yes, whoever purchases this gets FULL rights.
I will never sell this again, I will relinquish all ownership as well.

It was originally a nice amount of money, so I assume I will make a similar amount.

More than $25, less than $65.
Anywhere in that range, I wouldn't mind working with.
You have to also realize that custom themes often go for $90+
