PM me the lowest you will go on the VB and IPB. I don't want the domains. I really don't need it, but will buy it if the price is right. And I take it I would just get the accounts for these.

The vB will be the account, but for the IPB, apparently you can transfer active IPB licenses for a fee of $20, so we could do that if you wanted, or I'd be willing to sell the entire account if you wanted to do that as well.
