Posts will be constructive and should nearly all stick to 7 words. Most will be more though 🙂

You can only request every week.

Only 100 posts at a time please. So if someone requests 100, no one else can. If someone requests 25, the max you can do is 75. Someone requests 50 then 25 then you can request 25. 🙂
