It is hosted on Hawk Host, same goes with the domain, The site its self has posts, topics & great members.
I brought it for $35

Starting bid: $20
Min Bid Increasement: $3

It's phpBB with it's stock template and 156 posts and website worth calculators are valuing it at $10 and we all know they bloat statistics.

I think you'll really struggle to sell this for $20. What I would do if I was you is to look for a co-admin, put some work and effort into the site and then look at selling it or making it profitable.
