Selling IPB License (+Hosting)

So yeah, I've got a license that I need to renew. However, I have no use for it currently. I've got a few things in mind that might be interesting for some members here.

1. You buy my license for 125USD and renew every 6 months for 25USD. (IPB costs 175USD and 25USD renewal every 6 months, makes you a profit of 50USD.) Excluding hosting of course.
2. You use my license for free without having to pay for anything but hosting. Instead you add a link to ForumSpark and allow 1 google ad on your board for my costs.
3. You choose to buy my license and I'll host you. Instead I'll put up one google ad on your board for my costs.
4. You choose to use my license for free and have it hosted by me. I'll be adding two google ads on your board and have a small text link in the footer that you're hosted with ForumSpark.

My webhost hasn't been down for once in the 4 years I host there. I'll be able to give you quick support / changes / domains / IPB updates (including IPB4) for free.

You can either get a free IPB board with just 1 or 2 ads, or spend some more money and get 50 usd profit on purchasing IPB.

Do you have any specifications regarding the advertisements you want to place?

Just a google ad like you see on most free forum hosters. Nothing too big or interfering with things.

There shouldn't be any issues if details are exchanged right and both parties are honest.
