Well there you go, I am selling an old forumotion forum. I doubt it's worth even 1 FP Cash but I am going to sell it regardless of how much I get for it.

The upper domain is a forum with 12130 posts and 139 registered members.

I also have www.finalfantasytalk.net available. Not sure how much longer the domain will be there for but you can still name your price.

With that many user accounts, but lack of posts, wouldn't I think that those are spam bot accounts...? Do spam bots read mass emails sent to them? >.>

Dunno, that's just my thinking. I have a forum with almost 5,000 users but they're all spam bots xD

That's his account 😉. Also Leo maybe it was an active forum, then he just deleted all the posts due to a new forum, besides they seem to be registered at different dates.

Spam bots don't just sign up all at one time and never visit again. Spam bots set up multiple accounts every day on forums at various times during the day. The best thing to do is look at the member list and look at the usernames.

Spammers usually have weird usernames that either don't spell words (19402BT3) or advertise products like "Cheap Viagra" and so on. Additionally pick some usernames and Google them and see how many results you get. If you google a weird looking username and there are 200,000 results from forums where they are signed up, it is fair to say they are probably a spam bot.

Also spammers rarely use the same IP address anyway. Most spambots change the IP they use after a short while due to people blocking them. If they all used 1 IP address all the time, they would be very easy to stop hence why they use new ones all the time.
 
Hence the reason why i said they've registered at different times 😛. It's obvious to pick a spambot apart from normal members anyways cause as you said they use weird usernames.
