Selling The Surge

Hey everyone,

I am looking to sell thesurge.net. This is a website that has been running since 2013. I am looking to sell it now as the sites' reoccurring expenses are due within the next few months, and due to my inability to keep up with posting content regularly on it, it just really isn't worth it for me to keep running it.

What you will get:
1. The domain Thesurge.net (it is set to expire shortly but I will cover renewal costs for 1 more year)
2. A premium theme, worth $59 on its own. (https://themeforest.net/item/flavor-responsivehd-magazinereview-ajax-theme/4817769)
3. A database containing 343 articles and 68 comments. Most articles were written by myself, with a few from guest authors. None are copied and pasted from other sites.

Also, there are plugins running on the site which currently allow guest author submissions completely through the front end of the site, plus logins, account registration, etc.

Hosting will be included in the sale if you wish to have it, but it will expire on Feb 21st, so you will need to move hosts by then.

Recent traffic stats are abysmal as I have barely written any articles or done any marketing for the site during November and December.

What are you expecting to get for it in terms of a price? Would you consider selling the domain only?

So it's mostly Blogs and whatnot? can it be merged with IPS with it's pages on my articles. But then it should say as is 🙂

Empire - it is just a blog, yes. I assume there is a way to convert WordPress to IPS but I wouldn't provide that service as part of the sale.

Still for sale. Also, I discovered that there had a been a weird error that occurred in certain browsers where the theme wouldn't load properly... That has now been corrected, so if you visited before and it looked strange, that is now fixed.
