Do you code these, or just photoshop them?

I don't code them, I could, but the price would go up a lot because coding takes a lot longer to do compared to designing.

Oh alright..I am a designer too..So all I would have to do to design one is just..do it like I am doing a web template, but in the form for a forum template? No boundaries or anything?

For the host I'm using you'd use CSS.
