I really don't care for it anymore. I am not really selling it parsay, but I will give you complete powers and server access. The site can be found at http://thechitchatter.co.cc/forums It is pretty dead and spammed right now.

I really don't have a set amount I would like to have, but it has to be a reasonable amount. I will pretty much just take the best offer.

Is it the actually license to keep (aca: We are the owner of it) or we are just admin of the forum....

I stated it very early in the thread, but I guess no one read over that post 😛

I am going to make a new deal. You will get to be Administrator and have server access for The Chit Chatter Forums, but you can't have the vBulletin license. When July 30 comes, I will renew the license only if you want me to. But I will not be selling the vBulletin license by itself for my own reasons.

Well, you didn't say it was leased. Besides, you can't sell leased licenses (against vBulletin's TOS). Not only that, you won't be able to get vBulletin at the leased price anymore for another year because of their new pricing plan (which is a ridiculous ripoff to any customer). I don't really wanna be mean or anything, but the difference between a leased license, an owned one, and a vBulletin 4 license (with or without the vBulletin 3 option) can easily change the value of the forum.

Question, if it's a leased license what does that mean? Can you continue using the software legally? And still download it as you need it from vBulletin.com?

Also someone asked the question if you could get the license to keep? Does it have to be the site you are running? Can we use it for our own forum?
 
Here is what i said before:

Leased license means it runs out in a year after purchase. This one ends on July 30 2010. But if you are using it on my forum [chitchatter] and you still wanna keep running it I will renew it up. Doing it this way you get to be administrator with server access, but not access to the vBulletin member's area.

But you could buy the license by itself and let them run out if you want to.

I will do give you all a good price, in my opinion:
15 USD for either deal.
