Selling Web Hosting Forum (PR1, over 1600 posts)

I have decided to sell Web Hosting Forum due to not really having the time to operate it.
It has over 1600 posts and is PR1. It is powered by XenForo which is included in the sale.
XenForo cost me $168 as I live in the UK so had to pay 20% VAT. I'm looking for $200+.
Bearing in mind that "includes" the XenForo license which will be transferable in March. 🙂

It really depends on how much you'll offer.

how much would you do it for for DB only instead of we going you offer it's probably best if you name the price, and that way you wont need to reply to thread if someone else is interested as well in just the DB.

Make an offer. If I decide to sell DB only it'll go to the highest bidder.

I guess the site is rather small, and the domain isn't the best (just my opinion but .org.uk isn't the greatest of extensions).
