I'm selling Webmaster.Place an all in one webmaster haven. With a complete marketplace that the owner makes 20% of the income, people on there selling items, etc. I'm just no longer interested in being a webmaster or owning a forum anymore. I still make websites, but they're purely for myself. With someone who has a passion for being a webmaster, and wants to actually sit there and put time and effort into this place, it would blow up! I can promise, I put a lot of time and effort into this site, and I'm willing to give you the domain, database, the License expired last month so I won't be able to transfer it. But if you pay for me to upgrade it again I'll transfer it to you.

I'm being honest here, I think the most you'll get from this is probably about $20 to $25. The domain using a .place is fairly cheap to buy and there's not really any activity either. The backlinks don't mean anything because there's no activity to show for it. Just giving my thoughts for anyone interested.

The theme itself is $35, the addons alone are several hundred dollars as I have a custom plugin paid and build from the ground up. I paid over $300 for the plugin alone. Also, the domain is still a premium domain no matter how you look at it. Look up other Webmaster TLD's Webmaster.Art is going for $591.50

If you are looking to get back the dollars you have listed above I would hold on to it and start building some content and your membership, then you will get some return on your spend.
I don't think you will get any more than $100.00, including the expired XenForo license as it currently is.

Oh right, that’s kind of cool. I think my specific details about the plugins installed is super important for any potential buyer.
