Any proof your allowed to sell them? Cause it could be that someone buys the site then it gets closed for copyright and then were basically paying for a bad rep

You must provide proof of reselling rights. Almost all of them are available as nulled versions in various black markets.
How can we trust you, if you can't provide a proof of reselling.

looks ripped to me, why are you on .co.cc domains but have a ipb forum on the hostiz one? surely if you can afford ipb you can afford a domain.

It looks like you're just either buying themes from themeforest.net, or getting them from some other source, and then selling them on for a fraction of the cost.
