Seth, when I visit your forum using Google Chrome, the scroll bars in my browser are quivering and it makes it very difficult to navigate your site?
 
I am using Google Chrome and I am having absolutely no problem with the site whatsoever. Do you perhaps have an outdated version of Google Chrome?
