Setting Up Phpbb.com Forum

Would anyone kind on here be able to download the software for me? And then just upload it for me? I will really appreciate this. I just cant understand how to do this. Basicly i want someone to just set up the forum. Not the general stuff on it. Just the forum.

Basically a control pannel for your hosting account, where are you hosted?

No sorry. I basicly have no idea. Normally i just use free hosting for example; ForumMotion. So i just want everything done. Sounds very demanding and greedy but i will be very grateful.

If you are going to use ForumMotion, you should be able to do it by yourself, as it takes around 5 mins if that to get the board online.

No. I am no using this. I am saying i dont want to use this. I want to use Phpbb.com. I am saying i dont know how to set up because i normally use ForumMotion.
