Hi, I was wondering how to do all this:

1) Set up a Database User in cPanel
2) Set up a Database in cPanel
3) Connect your Database User with the Database
4) Go into your FTP
5) Go to public_html
6) Change the File Permissions for config.php, Files, Images/Avatars/Uploads and Cache to 777
7) Go to your subdomain/domain
8) Install your board
9) Go to FTP
10) Rename/Delete install folder
11) Change the File Permissions for config.php to 644

Please be specific, thanks.

Normally id be willing to help, but considering to go into detail would take along time, and the fact that there are tutorials throughout your cpanel, i wont bother 😉.

You can find most FAQ's for cPanel at this link: Click HERE

As for the FTP, you can download an FTP programme such as FileZilla - (remember to create an FTP user in your cPanel), make a new site in your FTP programme and from there you can navigate to your sites FTP/folders. You can also right click files to change their permissions and name.
