Several custon MyBB theme issues I need help with

Hello,
I have uploaded the forum images to the images folder, but the forum icons aren't showing in front of there respective forums such as showing if a forum has a new post or not. How do I fix this?



In the footer where it says: Contact Us, Discussion Hangout, Return to Top , Return to Content, Lite (Archive) Mode, RSS Syndication the language selection drop down is misaligned (See image), so how would I fix this?



When it says Welcome back [username], Inbox (0), Sign out the username and Sign out are underlined for some reason and I don't want that.
